How would you rate Norm Chow as an offensive coordinator?

I know the common answer is to talk about how he has done with VY. As I've expressed in another post, Young is realistically not great. Our offense has looked like a division II team at times. Please don't get me wrong Larry, I thoroughly enjoy Mike, Frank & yourself. I've been a fan of you all since the the birth of Titans Radio,but that's the whole point of the thousands of responses from Titans fans all across the country over the same problem, isn't it? I understand when the Titans are playing an away game why Titans fans who are customers of Sirius XM Radio hear the home team's radio network. Sirius Radio question

Can anyone tell me why the Titans Radio broadcast is not included on Sirius Radio? I travel a lot on the weekends and would love to be able to hear Mike and Frank instead of listening to the hacks that the other teams seem to have on their broadcasts.

Why can't the recievers hold on to the ball thrown by VY? The Titans have a great running game but to many dropped passes are keeping the offense from becoming a complete offense.
