has been a bright spot throughout OTA's this offseason. He seems to have more confidence about him under Mike Heimerdinger, and as he told me in the locker room, he's able to simply ''just get open'' instead of running to a specific spot and rely on his route running to get open. Although he's not on the 2nd team depth chart -- yet -- he has worked a lot with Collins during practice while Roydell Williams remains sidelined with an ankle.
Look for Paul Williams to impress come training camp. His length is his biggest asset -- Young's not that accurate and Williams helps him by being long, reaching out of the target zone to grab passes.
