Rams Torry Holt to Titans?

WR Torry Holt may be released due to a roster bonus he is supposed to receive on March 17th. The Titans may give up a late-round draft pick to land Holt before he gets to the open market.

As a huge Titans fan, I think this would be a huge acquisition for our team. Think of the lineup....Holt, Washington, Gage, McCareins....alot of weapons for Collins/Young.

What are your thoughts?

I agree, we must sign Torry Holt. In the NFL, you have small windows of opportunity. The Titans are a solid team (right now). After Collins career is over, we will be QB searching. Young will never amount to anything. And we all know what the lack of a QB can do to a franchise. With that said, we don't have time to play the WR lottery (the draft) and wait to see if they develope. If the Titans are serious about winning a Superbowl, they need to sign Holt and cease the moment. I believe he still has 3 good years. When your leading WR has about 50 catches a year, Holt will be a great pickup.
It was said on ESPN that the Rams tried to deal a trade with the Titans, but if fell through on the Rams side. Lets pray we finish the deal!----Pay a proven veteran, or pay twice as much to a draft pick? Sounds like common sense.
