The Titans power ranking is down 7 spots from the end of last season. How do the Titans go from 11th to 17th in the offseason...oh, it's because they SUCKED in the draft. I see these posts about Chris Johnson, another morally un-solid character that Bud Adams has agreed to throw money at. It's like he's trying to "make it rain." How about this...I can go down to the school yard and pick out a group of elementary kids and have them play longer in the NFL than the characters the Titans pick up. At least Chris will know how to "stomp the yard" under the tutelage of Albert Haynesworth. I'm just surprised that the Titans didn't bring up the ass-end of the league in the power rankings. Kudos.

A. The draft had nothing to do with the power rankings.

B. 2007 preseason power rankings were as follows...
1) Patriots
2) Colts
3) Chargers
4) Ravens
5) Bears
6) Saints
7) Broncos
8) Eagles
9) Cowboys
10) Bengals

C. Power rankings before the season dont mean anything. ESPN just needs something to talk about between the draft and the start of the season. They are used to get people who don't have a real grasp of the game to get on message boards and spew garbage.

Kudos

I was adamant about not drafting Jones... I'm on record as saying ( the second we drafted him ), Pacman Jones will not be on the roster in two years because his gangbanger actions off the field. That being said... I haven't seen, read or been aware of any red flags with Johnson reference character issues... what are your resources ? so I can read them.
