VY's interception problem

VY's interception problem
I have always been and probably always will be a fan of Vince Young. With that being said...these interceptions are simply UNACCEPTABLE. Last year VY was asked to win us games, but this year we have just needed him to MANAGE the games. The Chargers game was a perfect example. Our defense was dominant. All we needed to do was put a few points on the board and not turn the ball over. I know they only got 3 points out of the turnovers, but these picks are just not neccessary.
VY's interceptions
I remember at the begining of the year, Chow saying that they were going to be able to draw up some unique plays because of VY's ability to scramble. Where has that been? Young has been as mobile as Brett Favre this year. What was up with the overtime decision to run the ball 2 consecutive plays up the middle? Now I know we had bad field position, but in overtime, the game changes. You have to play to win. It looked like we were just playing it safe to get some room to punt the ball. WHO DOES THAT IN OVERTIME? I'm so tired of our play calling I will go on and say get rid of Chow-who would miss him? We played not to lose-like we always do. Its funny, I'm watching Titans games week in and week out with friends from different states, and they can pretty much call to a "T" what the outcome of the game is going to be, or what the Titans are going to do. I like how everytime I get on Titans radio after a loss I see "Titans remain positive through loss", or "Fisher pleased with effort even with outcome". Do you think that is how championship teams react to losses? Heck no! One more gripe while I'm on my rant...Barcley hasn't done a thing since we picked him up. He can't make a single person miss in the open field-I'd rather see Keith Bulluck return kicks.
Re: VY's interception problem
FINALLY VY doesn't throw a pick. I thought he played really well against KC. He ran the ball well (mostly) and made good decisions all around. Let's hope this is a glimmer of the old VY coming back- the VY who won the NFL rookie of the year.

You know, Young has had some solid flashes this year. I have to think though, that if you take away half of his interceptions, we make the playoffs easily. You can't give other teams that many extra drives and win a lot of games. I think we would have won the San Diego game if there would have been a better camera angle to review that 4th down catch San Diego had. It seems like TEN can't catch a break when it comes to that stuff. I have to question Young's progress this year with the offensive play calling. Let's be honest---It's horrible. Same stuff every game. We live off the line of scrimmage/one yard pass. We do not attack on offense. It like the coaching staff just believes we can't do it. I hope something changes fast. Our defense has played solid this year, that just haven't had any help from the offense.
